I am currently riding...S-Works Amira and Shiv Expert
My favourite place to ride is...The Adelaide Hills, its hilly and amazing views the whole ride with great coffee shops to stop and recharge at, and the beach/outer harbour its flat, fast and great for time trials for triathlon training.
When I am not riding I am...Running, swimming or training my awesome clients!
I started riding because...I started training/racing in triathlons, my love is for 70.3 Ironman's, I try and race two a year with some Olympic distances triathlons in there too. Have never looked back.
I love riding because...It gives you such a buzz! I absolutely LOVE the bike leg in triathlons, you feel strong, you get an awesome adrenaline rush, plus you're racing with so many awesome pro's and age groupers who are all experiencing the same thing as you! When I am training the Adelaide hills seriously win me over every time! It's just you and your bike up there, it's a great way to get down time from work & smash out a solid training session.
My favourite #HealthyCatchUp is...Grabbing a coffee and smoothie from my favourite healthy cafe in Adelaide post ride or training session :)
My favourite healthy snack is...My homemade banana bread or superfood slice YUM!
