- 100g/3.5 oz sweet potato, boiled, cut into chunks and chilled
- 1½ cups (375ml) coconut milk
- ½ banana (frozen)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp turmeric
Place ingredients in a powerful blender and mix on high for 90 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
